Spice of Africa offers a unique culinary experience! We create delicious African food from Kenya, Ethiopia, Morocco, Ghana and Nigeria, that take our patrons on a journey to explore African cuisine through their taste buds. We also teach interactive, hands on, educative and informative, cooking classes. Through us our patrons relive their African experience for those that have traveled or look forward to embarking on a journey to Africa.
We also cater and host both private and public events as well as fundraising dinners. From 5 to 500 we have it covered. As part of our local farmers markets, we strive to use non-GMO ingredients and products. Our staff is personable, experienced, and willing to assist you accomplish your desired culinary, dietary and catering goals.
Our mission is to enhance our local and international communities by sharing education of our food and cultures. We feature Jacaranda coffee from Kenya, and locally roasted Thorn Tree African Coffee from Zambia.
Find us at the PSU Farmers Market every Saturday through October, from 8:30am – 2pm. and OHSU Farmers Market from 10am – 2pm every Tuesday.
